WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER?
Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday.
Orders placed on a weekend or UK public holiday are dispatched on the next working day.
Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day, otherwise they will be dispatched the next working day.
HOW MUCH IS POSTAGE?

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Yes, so long as you cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please email us with your order number at email@example.com to cancel your order.
WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Our studio is open Monday to Friday from 9am-6pm. There are only 2 of us, but we aim to reply to all emails and enquiries as soon as possible.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We really hope you love your Bluetiful order, but if for any reason you are not satisfied, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org, quoting your name, order number and your details and we will look into it for you straight away.
Sorry, we don’t accept returns on unwanted items.
However, we do offer full refunds for any items which have been lost in the post or arrive damaged due to the post.
We're only able to offer refunds or exchanges for unused or faulty items returned to us within 30 days. We're unable to accept any returned items unless you have emailed us first.
When we have received your email we will contact you with details on how to return your goods.
